Just as the young Morristown team finished celebrating their first win they hit a rather tall, quick brick wall in the championship game Friday night. The Yellowjackets jumped out to a 28-3 first quarter lead and never looked back finishing the half up by the score of 45-13. M-W just outsized the smaller Rockets scoring at will in the paint and out rebounding them also. Will Griffih did what he could versus the 6'4" Martin "Twin Towers" and came away leading the Rockets with 12 points. Tournament MVP Ryan Dunn ended up with 11, one of 4 players in double digits for M-W. Morristown's next game is at Edwards-Knox on 1/8. The Yellowjackets have to travel to Brushton-Moira for a huge East Division matchup.
