The Lisbon Golden Knights revenge their mid loss to the Heuvelton Bulldogs and win their 5th straight West Division Title. This win also secures their second place seeding in the Section 10 Class D playoffs. Lisbon defeated Heuvelton by the score of 2-0. Phil Mason scored the opening goal at the 22 minute mark of the first half assisted by Josh Lassial. Lisbon controlled the ball most of the game. Heuvelton had very few chances to score. The best chance they had came with less than 5 minutes to go in regulation when a header went just over the cross bar which would have tie the game at 1-1. Two minutes later, Brandon Robinson sealed the win scoring the second goal of the game assisted by Phil Mason. Coach Reed said, "In my 9 years at Lisbon I've had teams with more skill but not of the energy and determination that this team exhibits. I'm as proud of this team as of any team I've ever coached. This team could have folded after losing back to back games to Harrisville and Heuvelton eariler in the season, but they didn't want to be the Lisbon team that ended our consecutive string of league titles."
