Hermon-Dekalb Boys Win Class D Title

The #5 Hermon-Dekalb Green Demons win over the #2 Lisbon Golden Knights by the score of 8-1 in the Section 10 Class D championship. The game was scoreless through 5 innings of play. Sparked by "The Cacth" by Dale McKay in the bottom of the previous inning the Green Demons put up 5 runs in the 6th inning. They added 3 runs in the 7th inning for the convincing win. Jared Brown picked up the win for H-D and Kory Besaw came in for the 4th inning to record the save. Brandon Robinson led the Golden Knights with 2 hits.
