Lisbon Girls Win Over Hermon-Dekalb

The #2 Lisbon Golden Knights win over the #7 Hermon-Dekalb Green Demons by the score of 11-10 in the first round of the Section 10 Class D playoffs. Lisbon scored 3 runs in the bottom of the 6th inning to break a 8-8 tie and hung on in the 7th inning for the win. Chelsea James, Jackie LaFave and Jessie Carr led the Golden Knights with 2 hits each. Darcy Matthews and Cortney Brabaw led the Green Demons with 2 hits each. Lisbon will face #6 St. Regis Falls on Monday June 2nd at Lisbon.
