Hammond Girls Defeat Edwards-Knox, 2-1

The Hammond Red Devils win over the Edwards-Knox Cougars by the score of 2-1. Hammond scored 2 runs in the first inning and E-K scored 1 run in the 6th inning. Jessica Measheaw led the Red Devils with a double on offense and pitched a complete game win on the mound striking out 7 batters. Miranda Typhair led the Cougars with a triple and a homerun to scored the only run of the game for E-K.
