The St. Lawrence Larries win over the Brushton-Moira Panthers by the score of 21-3. Brittany Crump led the Larries with 4 hits and 4 RBI. Ashley Thayer pitched a no-hitter and struck out 8 batters for the win. Nikia Arquiett added 2 hits and 2 RBI for SLC.

St.Lawrence Central, you took care of business in fine style. Lots of hits by the Larries and no hits for B/M. We see that Salmon River beat Chateaugay 2-0. We'll be rooting for Chateaugay in their make-up game with Salmon later this spring. In the meantime keep doing what you are doing. Improve on the little things every day in practice...bunting, base running, hitting your relay on throws from the outfield, keeping the force play in order, etc. Supporting you from afar, Papa Joe and Louise.
We see that Salmon River actually swept a double header from Chateaugay yesterday. Circle the 19th of May on your calendar. That will be an exciting day. Sports...you have to love the competition...may the best team win. Papa Joe and Louise.
