The St. Lawrence Larries win over the Massena Red Raiders by the score of 22-0 in the opening game of the SLC SectionXSports tournament. SLC scored 14 runs in the bottom of the 4th inning. Nikia Arquiett led the Larries with a homerun and 4 RBI. Ashley Thayer added 2 hits and 3 RBI. Sarah Thayer recorded the win for SLC giving up just 3 hits.

If this game had been a professional boxing match it would have been stopped after four rounds (innings). It was an unexpected mismatch. St.Lawrence dominated in all phases of the game...pitching,hitting and defense. Great effort girls. Papa Joe and Louise.
