2008 SLC SectionXSports Tournament Champion St. Lawrence Larries.

The St. Lawrence Larries win over the Potsdam Sandstoners by the score of 15-0 in the championship game. Shelby McGraw led the Larries with 3 hits and 3 RBI. Ashley Thayer had 6 strikeouts in 3 innings of relief for the save. Sarah Thayer had the win for SLC.

Congratulations to Coach Brown and his SLC softball team on winning the 2008 Section X Sports Tournament in such convincing fashion. Defeating Massena and Potsdam on the same day indicates the great potential of this team. The best chapters of this 2008 season are still to be written.
