#3 Brushton-Moira Girls Advance to FInals

#20 Courtney Taylor of Brushton-Moira pulls down the rebound against SLC. Courtney finished with a game-high 21 points in the Class C semifinal.

The #3 seed Brushton-Moira Panthers win over the #2 seed St. Lawrence Larries by the score of 53-39 in the Class C semifinals. This was a game of runs. Brushton-Moira started the game with a 14-5 run in the first quarter. SLC charged back in the 2nd quarter to take a 22-19 halftime lead. Brushton-Moira outscored SLC 34-17 in the second half for the win. Courtney Taylor led the Panthers with a game-high 21 points. Taylor Keck added 12 points and Candice Dufrane scored 11 points for B-M. Brittany Tremblay led the Larries with 10 points. Brittney Munson had 8 points for SLC. Brushton-Moira will face #1 Madrid-Waddington for the Section 10 Class C Crown.
