Junior Viking Jon Hall made several keys stops as the visiting Vikings pulled away with 3 third period goals in a 4 to 0 win over the Purple Ghosts of Alexandria Bay. Senior Lars Grater led the way with 2 goals and 1 assist. Fellow linemate Bill Closs finished with 2 goals including the game winner. Viking Senior Ben Barton chipped in with a goal as well. Purple Ghost netminder Shawn Thomas and Viking Jon Hall each faced 31 shots on goal.
