The Brushton-Moira Panthers win over the Canton Bears by the score of 71-68 in a nonleague game. The halftime score was 39-29. Brushton-Moira was in control most of the game, but Canton never let up. Just when you thought B-M was going to pull away and put the game out of reach Canton would fight back and make it close. B-M led by 9 points with less than 2 minutes to go in the game. Canton went on a 7-0 run in less than 30 seconds to pull within 2 points, 65-63. Brushton-Moira made their free throws down the stretch for the win. Justin Poirier led the Panthers with 24 points. Josh Sevey hadded 17 points and Tyler Martin added 14 points for Brushton-Moira. Austin Martin scored 10 points for B-M. Kelsey Cornwell led the Bears with 16 points. Mike Murray scored 14 points and Brad Stone had 12 points for Canton. Adam LaQuier added 11 points for the Bears.
