Harrisville Girls Down Hermon-Dekalb, 55-42

#4 Katlyn Hart of Harrisville jumps out to defend #22 Nikki Fountain of H-D.

The NYS Class D 20th ranked Harrisville Pirates win over the young Hermon-Dekalb Green Demons by the score of 55-42. Hermond-Dekalb played a strong first half against the Pirates. The Green Demons led at the half by the score of 22-20. Harrisville came out in the 2nd half and put together a 16-4 run in the 3rd quarter. H-D recovered in the 4th quarter but could not make up the 3rd quarter deficit. Patty Coloney led the Pirates with 19 points. Leah Malbeuf added 9 points. Beth Zeller led the Green Demons with 13 points and 13 rebounds. Natasha Sayer had 8 points and 7 rebounds.
